Our products are certified by many international authorities including TUV. All of our customer could obtain our quality guarantee and after sales service. Clause as hereby:

1. Customer must strictly takes charge of our provided product use direction (including user instruction, use condition) to use and direct user to use relational products, It's not the quality guarantee scope if against use direction to lead to product broken.

2. Any problems proved to have incurred from wrong using, malicious destroy or any other causes, we guarantee to repair it or replace it and charge only the cost. All freight cost should be covered by customer.

3. Once reach certain quality, Customer have to return the broken products under our requested time.
